Zinc and clear or yellow passivate and rogard on top

Zinc plate passivate with a Rogard 500 applied over this top is a a zinc plating finish, with either a choice of clear or yellow passivate. The Rogard 500 is then applied over the top of the zinc passivate.

The Rogard 500 is a silicate coating that dramatically improves corrosion protection and lubricity.

With a yellow passivate and Rogard 500, this will provide a 375 hour salt spray test.
